OMELETTE:
1 Egg
1 egg white
Pepper
Onions
Mushroom
Salt
Pepper
Gruyere Cheese
Oil (for frying)

FISH TACO:
Salmon season (garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, thyme, olive oil) then wrap in foil and put in oven at 180C cook until turns to a pale pink colour around 20mins
1 table spoon of Guacamole onions, tomatoes, cayenne pepper, cumin, salt, pepper, lime juice, coriander
Mushrooms
Peppers
Sweetcorn
Kidney Beans
Roman Lettuce
Tomatos
Sour cream
Lime (to garnish)
Tacos or Some tortilla chips

TABBOULEH INSPIRED SALAD:
Parsley (finely chopped)
Tomatos finally chopped) or cherry tomatoes
Cucumber finely chopped)
Bulgar Wheat (to cook boil water pour onto bulgar wheat, cover with a tea towel for 1015mins)
Spring Onions
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Add protein or cheese (mozzarella, feta chicken, fish etc.)

Please take note of my portion sizes when it comes to the fish taco bowl as it can easily rack up calories if you go ham on the fats and carbs. Keep it vegetable heavy and portion control the beans tortilla chips, guacamole and sour cream. Portions are the most import thing if you are trying to lose weight.
I served 1 tbsp of the guacamole, my bowl is vegetable heavy and me and my boyfriend shared the whole salmon I made.
