1 to 1 ration oatmeal and oatmilk
cook till soaks
mash a banana
add cooked oatmeal
add topping to like

Monday lunch
greens
cherry tomatoes
cucumbers
shallot( or green onions or a small onion)
feta cheese

dressing
olive oil
lime juice
balsamic
salt

Monday dinner

pasta ( I like linguine)
butter
garlic
black pepper
oatmilk
cheese (I use whatever I have at home)
nutritional yeast

Wednesday dinner

Thursday dinner
My teriyaki recipe
2 tbsp soy
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
garlic
ginger

Oven Tofu
1 block extrafirm tofu
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 tablespoon soy
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Nutritional Yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper


oi kimchi
1 tbsp gochugaru
1 tbsp soy
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
garlic
ginger
