I believe in eating the highest quality foods possible
The main points to my way of eating and dieting are...
1) Slight Calorie Deficit ( 200400 calorie cut )
2) Lots of protein intake ( 1g for every 1lb of body weight )
3) Calisthenics X Weights is the move for me
4) Cheat Meal ONCE A WEEK max ( MAYBE twice, rare though )
