Super Mario 64's story is something that is pretty much engraved in us. You jump out of the pipe, race to the castle, ignore Bowser, and launch into Bobomb Battlefield as you hunt down the first star from King Bobomb. But what if that didn't work? What if Mario couldn't get into Bob omb Battlefield? How would the entire story change if this was the case?
