This video explains what is a covariance matrix along with a correlation matrix. A brief description of variance is discussed. How a covariance matrix is used in SEM is presented. Lastly, a discussion of observed covariance matrix and estimated covariance matrix is presented in regards to SEM (structural equation modeling).
