How do you know if you're buying a good real estate investment deal? Well today we're going inside a preforeclosure house I'm looking to buy. The seller is a wholesaler and wants $175k for the property. You'll see the inside of this 3 story property. It looks like a hoarder lived here so it's full of stuff we'll have to clean out. Further this is one of the few houses in Hampton Roads Virginia that has a basement. It's an older house, which means you have to use a contractor that understands older construction. I'd like to know, do you think it's worth doing this much of an extensive renovation? It's going to need over $100k in repairs so the profit needs to be extensive too.
