In this lesson we are talking about Hemothoraxes. I start off explaining what a hemothorax is and then the causes and ways that we type the different hemothoraxes. From there I talk about the signs and symptoms that we can expect to see with a hemothorax and how some of those are the same as a pneumothorax, as well as some that are different, including those for a tension hemothorax. After that I quickly review over the different imaging that we can use to diagnose before finally wrapping up by talking about the different treatment options.
