If you're dealing with SI joint dysfunction, you may have also heard of a sacral torsion.

This is another pattern of misalignment where the sacrum the bone that makes up the connection between the spine and pelvis becomes rotated compared to the bottom vertebrae of the spine.

It can cause symptoms that are pretty similar to SI joint dysfunction, so it's good to be aware of as another potential cause for your pain.
