What exactly does a technical program manager do? TPMs work crossfunctionally to deliver technical programs and projects to completion.

Different from project management, TPMs oversee all aspects of a technical program. That includes everything from adding functionality to an app to database queries. This involves teams of all sizes and departments. Technical program managers must work crossfunctionally to deliver fully functional products and experiences.
