This is our second video from Africa's richest (by GDP per capita) and smallest (both by population and land area) country, the tiny island nation of the Seychelles

This archipelago known for its beautiful beaches and luscious green mountains north of Madagascar is a renowned vacation destination with the likes of the Maldives and Bora Bora. Do we think it matches up? Well, for what it lacks in pristine seclusion, it more than makes up for in culture and a fascinating and unique history.

Did you know that no one was living on the Seychelles when the French settled the islands in the 1770s? It's one of the few independent, formerly colonized countries that have practically no precolonial history!



We’re Oskar and Dan‍♂, and we believe that anyone regardless of who they are deserves to live their dreams! For the past eight years, we’ve continued pushing boundaries by traveling and living all across the world, including places far off the beaten path. In 2022, we reached a huge milestone by visiting 100 countries, and we’re now on a mission to keep sharing our journey through entertaining and educational videos and hopefully make the world a little more open, compassionate, and peaceful along the way❤
