Tarisland is a f2p MMORPG PC port of a mobile game by Tencent that just had its global release. I've been enjoying the gameplay of it so far, but I noticed something peculiar today. My teammates seemed to move like bots, so I decided to observe them a bit, and low and behold! Bots!?

Even using "matchmaking", which is supposed to group you with another set of players as far as I know, seems to fill your party with NPC players instead of waiting for all player characters. I feel like this should be disclosed in the matchmaking UI at least, but how do you feel about it?
