Ok, so you decided you wanted to learn how to play the piano but then you started looking at pianos and keyboards online and quickly became overwhelmed! I get it! There are SO many options to choose in the world of piano buying.

In this video, I'm going over the two different kinds of pianos there are and then giving you the different pros and cons with each so that you can find the best option for YOU!

The two different types of pianos are:
1) Acoustic
2) Digital.

Acoustic piano pros:
1) Full set of keys (88 keys)
2) Weighted keys
3) Readily available at an affordable price
4) Has a real piano feel

Acoustic piano cons:
1) Very heavy so hard to move
2) Will need to be tuned ($$$)

Digital piano pros:
1) Lighter and easier to transport
2) Never needs to be tuned

Digital piano cons:
1) Some digital pianos don't have a full set of keys
2) Some digital pianos don't have weighted keys
3) Some don't have a real piano feel (can feel more plastic)

Whether you choose to buy an acoustic or digital piano, these are the MOST IMPORTANT THINGS you want to look for!

1) 88 keys
2) WEIGHTED and WORKING keys!

I'm also sharing my favorite place to find pianos/keyboards (it's where I found my piano for $100 and where I tell everyone to look!)
