"What can I drink besides water while fasting?"

For those of you who are new to fasting, you may be wondering what you CAN drink while fasting?

✅ Mineral water. Be careful with this one. A recent study found that many popular mineral waters (including my past favorite Topo Chico ) had alarmingly high levels of a manmade chemical called PFAS, also known as "forever chemicals" because they never break down. I now drink Gerolsteiner.

✅ Hydrogen Water I recently did a 3day water fast, and Hydrogen water helped kill my hunger. Hydrogen water feeds the bacteria in your gut and, in return, you do not get those hunger signals.

✅ Yerba Mate Tea Another hunger killer that has been helping me during my fasting window.

✅ Ginger & lemon It has to be freshly pressed ginger and lemon and zero sugar. Ginger is bitter, which means it can help the liver switch over to the fatburning system. I get mine from @Ginger Lab.
