วันนี้เอมิลีไปทัวร์กินแถวเยาวราชกับ ‪@theroamingcook‬ กับ ‪@opalstoryofficial‬ นะคะ

ร้านแรกเลย : ข้าวขาหมูร้านนี้พิเศษตรงที่น้ำพะโล้ข้นกว่าร้านอื่นๆ ที่เคยกิน ความข้นระดับราดหน้าเลยก็ว่าได้! แถมใส่ถั่วด้วย อร่อยแปลกใหม่มากกก ได้รสชาติที่แตกต่าง โดยรวมแล้ว ชอบทุกอย่างเลย! ได้ลองหางหมูครั้งแรกด้วย คือมันอร่อย! ไม่น่าเชื่อเลยว่าจะชอบขนาดนี้

ต่อมา : ร้านห่านพะโล้ สูตรเด็ดรุ่นสู่รุ่น! ห่านเค้าอร่อยจริง ย่างมาแบบนุ่ม ฉ่ำ ฟินมาก! มีตราเชลล์ชวนชิมด้วย เพิ่งเคยกินห่านครั้งแรก ติดใจเลย

สุดท้าย : สายหวานอย่างเรา พลาดไม่ได้! ได้ไปลองร้านข้าวเหนียวมะม่วงโบราณ อร่อยสุดๆ เปิดแค่ปีละ 5 เดือนเท่านั้น! อร่อยฟินเว่อร์ แนะนำเลย! ลองไปเช็คเพจใน Facebook เค้าดูนะคะ ว่าเปิดช่วงไหน สูตรโบราณแท้ๆ เค้ามีวัตถุดิบเด็ดๆ ที่สืบทอดกันมายาวกว่า 80 ปี ใส่ใจทุกอย่างจริงๆ ไม่แปลกใจที่ของหมดไวมาก!

Today I have the pleasure of being shown around Yaowarat area, Chinatown by ‪@theroamingcook‬ & ‪@opalstoryofficial‬

They showed me 3 great locations ,

First stop : Khao ka moo
The special thing about this one was that it was a thicker consistency than the others I’ve ever tried, almost similar to a Rad na soup. Then they also add in peanuts to the dish to add a unique flavour. I loved every part of it, I also tried pig tail for the first time! Wow delicious , I never thought I’d say that haha

Second stop : Traditional roasted goose and rice
Passed down in generation this restaurant is a classic! It is known for its roasted goose and even has a thai Michelin it’s soft, well cooked and so fresh. My first time trying goose and I’ll definitely be back! Yum

Third stop : final spot, of course we had to try something sweet. I got shown a beautiful traditional mango & sticky rice shop which is only open 5 months a year. It was delicious. I recommend & make sure to check on their Facebook when they’re open!
The taste is very authentic. They have their own ingredients that have been passed down for over 80 years. And They really pay attention to everything they put in the dish for us. That's why they run out of Mango sticky rice so quick!

I first of all travelled to thailand when i was 19 years old, i never intended on living here for my adult life but i felt so attached to thailand since day 1 of coming.
