Diet and food is always a popular topic of discussion among yoga practitioners so since a lot of people have asked, we’re digging into what we eat.

In this video, we share how the Ashtanga Yoga tradition has influenced our food choices and why we make the decisions we do around diet and lifestyle. We share some things to keep in mind around vegetarianism/veganism and nutrition, like the importance of switching your diet safely and making sure you’re meeting all your dietary needs. We also talk about how to make decisions that are sustainable, so you’re always making choices that feel liberating and fulfilling.
