We see Barret Jackson and MECUM auctions with tons of cars selling for cheap and expensive money... So what I decided to to is put in my 2 cents on this abandoned 94 OBS truck, go through the vehicles systems, and give an estimate on what I think it'll cost to resurrect if from a DIY perspective, as well as what it might take if you outsourced all the expenses.
