I frequently get asked questions about which training split is superior, and why I like high frequency calisthenics. In this video, I give a quick breakdown of a few of the main reasons I prefer high frequency for myself, and the majority of my clients. Also, in general, I think too much has been made over training splits, and ultimately they are just a way to organize your weekly training volume. That being said, I do believe a higher frequency inherently has advantages when it comes to perceived effort, time commitment, fatigue management, and your ability to accumulate more overall training.
