In Romans 8:1217, the Apostle Paul declares the benefits the believer has received as a result of the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit. Ultimately, the Holy Spirit marks the children of God as adopted and is the One constantly reminding them of their adoption. And if you are a child of God, you are also an heir—a fellow heir with Christ.
