Poppyseed Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
salt & pepper to taste
1 sleeve crushed Ritz crackers
1 TBSP poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in greased casserole dish. Mix sour cream, soup, and seasonings in separate bowl and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poppy seeds. In separate bowl, mix crackers and melted butter and pour over casserole. Bake 2530 minutes.
