Notes I didn't have bell peppers on hand so I skipped those. I also didn't have any Queso Blanco on hand, so I used cream cheese instead. Finally, I used milk instead of heavy cream.

Baked Beans
Note I forgot to mention this in the video, but I combined 2 recipes for the baked beans I made this day. My dad sent me this Cowboy Beans video https://bit.ly/45QV33f from @CookingwithShotgunRed which I combined with how we normally make baked beans. I apologize, I don't have a specific recipe, I just eyeball the amounts, but here is what I use:
Baked Beans
Ingredients:
128 oz can baked beans
1 can tribean mix, drained
1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
molasses (about 1 or 2 tablespoons)
brown sugar (about 2 or 3 tablespoons)
yellow mustard (maybe 12 teaspoons)
couple dashes of liquid smoke
salt and pepper to taste
about 1/4 cup bbq sauce
about 1/4 cup ketchup
few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
about 1 tablespoon of Dale's (Go easy with this it's very salty. I use the reduced sodium version and it's still pretty salty)
4 slices of cooked and chopped bacon
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (to taste)
1 teaspoon of onion powder (to taste)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef, onions, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring often, until meat is completely browned. Drain fat if needed. Add remaining ingredients. Combine well. Taste & adjust seasonings accordingly. Place in a greased 9x9 or 9x11 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
You can make these ahead of time, just make them up until you're supposed to bake them. Let chill and refrigerate. Once you're ready to eat, preheat your oven and bake.
