In this video we use a multi stage RC Low Pass Filter to filter out all of the upper harmonics in a square wave to get decent sine wave. The trade off is a loss of amplitude. The square was created with a relaxation oscillator based on a 74HC14 Hex Schmitt Trigger Inverter.
