‍♀ What’s the ULTIMATE workout split?
First ask yourself, how often will you realistically train?
✅ If you train 23 days per week, or you’re a beginner, full body workouts will cover your bases.
âś… If you train 45 days per week, and are an intermediate to advanced lifter, splitting up movements and muscle groups may help you recover better.
As you progress in your training, you may find that you need more volume to continue to see progress.
If you want someone to help you find the perfect split for you, try my Persist training program for two weeks free. Link in bio!
