Before going to Oskaloosa, I headed down to Ottumwa to record one of their Whelens being tested. Thinking that there was still a 2802 by the skate park, I went to the area but found out it got replaced with a 2905. I went to record this 2750 at the Memorial Park instead. I also liked getting shots of the siren with the water tower.
