Today we're discussing the explosive Orbital ATK Antares Commercial Resupply mission, Orb3. Orbital ATK (Now Northrop Grumman) reused old Soviet Rocket engines on their space station resupply rocket but they let a manufacturing defect slip through the cracks and paid the price.
