The beautiful City of Light has a history worthy of its magnitude, it has been transformed on different occasions, but none as radical as those carried out by Haussmann and Napoleon III in the middle of the 19th century.

With the aim of completely renovating the capital, much of its layout was demolished to make way for the renewed city that Haussmann dreamed of.
