So you’ve tracked your package, and you’re wondering “where is my package”. It’s easy to find out. Just put in your tracking number at www.fedex.com/track. It shows where your package has been and provides updates on where it is now. If your package is “In Transit,” it’s on the way to your area, but it’s not yet ready for delivery. “Out for Delivery” means the package is on the way to your address. “Indirect Signature Required,” means someone needs to sign for the package when we drop it off. If we can’t get a signature, we’ll try to deliver the package again later or you can hold it at a convenient location. And if you see “Redirect to Hold,” your package has been held somewhere like FedEx Office, Walgreens, or Dollar General. And, don’t forget your valid ID when you go pick it up.
