Where does your donation go when you give to CC? It goes to funding our 10 Year Vision,– everything from staff salaries, to the lights, to Youth Ministry to give just a few examples.

This extra $35 a month – on top of your regular donations – will go 100% to the Capital Campaign.

To answer the question “who we are giving to” my brothers and sisters. We are giving to Jesus Christ who is God!

And we are not giving because he needs it … anymore than he needed Cain or Abel’s harvest gift.

We are giving because our giving is a manifestation of needing to give in response to how good God is to us!
Our giving is also how we worship, and we want to give God our first and our best.


As mentioned last week – a Form is being made available this week that you will be asked to fill out. It is in your pews.

I hope and trust that you prayed this past week and that you are going to put God to the test with this financial sacrifice of $35 extra each month or $420 this year and in the years to come.

If you cannot give $35 then give as much as you are able: 2 Cor 9:7: “You must each decide in your heart how much to give. And don’t give reluctantly or in response to pressure. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.”
