Just who are we now? How do we define ourselves? I think most of us have an “identity crisis” of some sort after stroke and brain injury (we struggle with our sense of self, our selfidentity). In this video, I look at what this means as we try to come to terms with ‘life’ after The Event. Who I was once is not who I am now, but I’m not sure who I really am anymore!!
