a)6bj pisang abu
b)3 sudu tepung gandum
c)2 sudu  tepung beras
d)2 sudu kecil gula perang
e)sedikit garam
f)air.
g)minyak masak untuk menggoreng

Cara memasak
Dalam mangkuk satukan kesemua tepung, garam,gula dan air.
gaul sebati agar tidak berketul.
kecairan tepung sederhana pekat tidak terlalu pekat atau terlalu cair. kemudian gaul rata.

Pisang dibelah dua/tiga.
celup dalam tepung tadi dan goreng hingga kuning keemasan
angkat dan toskan
sedia untuk disajikan.

Ingredients

a) 6 pcs bananas ash
b) 3 spoons of wheat flour
c) 2 spoons of rice flour
d) 2 tea spoon brown sugars
e) a little salt
f) water.
g) cooking oil for frying

How to Cook
In a bowl combine all the flour, salt,sugar and water. mix well so that there are no lumps. the fluidity of the flour is medium thick, neither too thick nor too runny. then mix well. Banana cut in half/third. dip in flour and fry until golden brown lift and drain ready to serve.
