so the main reason why your cucumbers are turning yellow when they are small. is because they weren't pollinated by the Bess . Go out in the morning and hand pollinate or prune off some leaves so the bees will have more access to pollinate all your fruit..

When they are big and turned yellow It's because the cucumber is over ripe. basically you left it too long and a plant use a lot of energy on overripe and your cucumber which will end up tasting sour..

Try to harvest your cucumber on time so it will taste delicious. Make sure your cucumber has lighter green stripes on the bottom coming up halfway and darker green on the top...
