Riding my NIU UQi+ around Montreal. When I recorded this, I had not gone for a ride in a while, and I felt it. I suffer from regular depression, and riding is a way to go out and clear my mind. But sometimes I get stuck and need to force myself to go out. So, in these reasons to ride, I include one of psychological tools I've used for years to help me out.
