I don’t think there’s a single person out there who would disagree that the World Cup final is the biggest match in football. Nation against nation, continent against continent—there’s really nothing like it. That is, unless you’re playing a football video game.

International football is undeniably awful in basically every video game. There are games that got it right, like the 2010 World Cup game, but it’s nearly been 15 years since that game was released. That leads me the question, why does every game make international management so boring? Oh, and I’ll be focusing on FIFA for most of this video, but I might also dip into FM and PES here and there.
