The Minecraft Survival Guide Season 3 is preparing for Minecraft 1.21 the Tricky Trials Update!

In today's video we look at using the MCASelector tool by Querz to delete chunks of a Minecraft Java Edition world. World editing like this has several advantages: resetting Minecraft terrain for future updates, reducing world file size on disk, and even resetting generated structures so you can raid them again for fresh loot!

This tutorial will show you how to effectively use MCA Selector, filtering chunks by inhabited time to make sure you aren't deleting anything important. We discuss deleting chunks of the End and Nether dimensions, and I show what happens when you delete something you didn't mean to!
