The following are the eligibility requirements for the 2020 DREAM Scholarship:

The DREAM Scholarship is intended for undocumented immigrants in the United States (this includes current, and past DACA recipients.). To be eligible you must have been born outside of the United States and graduated from high school and college in Texas.
The DREAM Scholarship is intended for undocumented immigrants who are pursuing fulltime graduate degrees at a Texas college or university. To be eligible for the DREAM Scholarship, you should be planning to be enrolled in a fulltime graduate program for the full 20202021 academic year.
The DREAM Scholarship is intended to assist students who are young and early in their careers. Applicants must be 30 years old or younger as of the application deadline. There is no minimum age requirement.
