Episode 24: WHY I PERMANENTLY DELETED MY INSTAGRAM!!!

Hey everyone, in this video I am talking why I decided to officially delete my instagram. In this video I go in depth about my personal convictions about social media, and how the enemy uses social media platforms to deteriorate purpose and distract us. I know that not all things on social. media are bad, but the majority of health issues, relational issues, selfimage issues, financial issues, are linked to social media now. A rising increase of mental health issues have been attributed to social media usage.

Multiple studies have found a strong link between heavy social media and an increased risk for depression, anxiety, loneliness, selfharm, and even suicidal thoughts. Social media may promote negative experiences such as: Inadequacy about your life or appearance.
