The topic of flying in Turbulence cropped up in a local discussion and I want to test a theory so asked a few of my friends what they would do to feel more comfortable when flying in turbulence.

This video is not an instructional video, but merely a demonstration on how an aircraft would react when flown in different ways, while experiencing turbulent air.
