A DELAYED UPDATE!

I've seen a few messages asking for the Iqoro update. Sadly I had to stop taking Iqoro due to some symptoms that I was having, which caused some health anxiety connected to my Hiatus Hernia. But... will I start it again? Here's my lil update.
