Voters in Iran have chosen a new president. Former health minister Masoud Pezeshkian received well over 2 million votes more than his hardline rival in Friday's runoff. He was the only reform candidate allowed to run but his ability to deliver change in the shadow of Iran's Supreme Leader is limited.
