If you're not satisfied with your physique but don't understand why you can't make progress and get in the shape where you can proudly look in the mirror and have others envy you on the beach, I'm here to tell you the 3 main difficulties that might be holding you back.

These are 3 real problems we've gathered from the experiences of our students, and solving these issues has helped them achieve their desired shape.

You might not realize it, but your success depends on minimal changes, and I truly hope that after watching this video, you'll take the necessary steps to reach your goals, just like our students did.

1. first difficulty

The first difficulty is maintaining consistency.

To be successful, you need to consistently and regularly put in the effort to achieve your goals.

If you don't have a routine and only work out when it randomly fits into your schedule, without any structured plan, and treat your diet similarly, you will NEVER get in shape.

No one looks good by accident. Certainly not just by occasionally going to the park or gym and doing random workouts or doing 100 pushups at home every now and then.

The solution is very simple: choose 23 days a week when you will work out, no matter what.

Whether at home, in the park, or in the gym, spend at least one hour on strength training on those 23 days, following a specific plan.

I always say that good workouts have superpowers.

Why? Because out of your 168 hours in a week, you only need to spend 23 hours working out, and with the right lifestyle, you can achieve your dream shape.

If those 23 hours a week are spent on quality workouts, that's all you need for fitness.

In other words, you need to "pay" 23 hours to feel good, look good, be more confident and healthier for the remaining 165 hours.

I hope you can see that this is a pretty big favor from life, and there are few things—if any—that bring such significant benefits with so little effort.

If you have no clue how to put together an efficient program that will work with only 23 sessions a week, don’t worry, I got the solution in the description.

2. second difficulty

The second major difficulty in getting in shape is the lack of guidance and feedback.

As I mentioned in the previous point, it's not just about irregular workouts, but also not knowing what to do or whether you're doing it right.

Generally, people go to work out impulsively and even choose their exercises impulsively based on what they've seen or heard or find exciting.

Unfortunately, these often do not lead to results. Again, I must say that your goals will not be achieved by accident.

You need a wellbuilt, logically structured plan that matches your goals—that's one thing.

The other is that this plan should be monitored and controlled because even those who follow a plan often don't know if they're doing it right or what to improve, which significantly hinders their progress.

The best option is to seek professional help from a coach, either in person or online, or join a community with professional support and experience, OR at least find more experienced workout partners. If that’s not possible, occasionally record yourself and review your performance.

Even if it's not the best solution, having some control and evaluation in the process is still better.

3. third difficulty

The third difficulty, which is the most powerful of all and why 99% of people don't achieve their dream shape and desired goals, is the lack of accountability.

There's no one to keep them accountable.

Without this, we know that people tend to be more forgiving towards themselves and more likely to give up due to lack of support.

A typical example is that many people resolve every year—sometimes multiple times—to lose weight, build muscle, or learn a spectacular move, but after a few weeks, it all falls apart due to the reasons mentioned earlier.

There's a lack of accountability, support, and external motivation.

The power of this won't be understood until someone experiences it.

Those who played sports when they were young and had coaches and teammates know how much these external factors matter.

Coaches, teammates, and communities play a big role in this.

What you can do for yourself though is write down your goals in a note or on paper and look at them daily, reminding yourself why you’re working out, eating right, getting enough sleep, etc.
