Let me tell you that it's a new trend that combines a larger front wheel with a smaller rear wheel, which helps with greater stability and control on technical terrains and steep descents. Professional riders are "mulleting" their bikes to improve their performance on the track and break the traditional rules of MTB. If they are doing it, it must work better, right?

If the bikes they use allow for the modification, try and experiment with different things to see how you feel more comfortable, confident, and faster.
