WHY is this Lawn Mower ROPE SO HARD to PULL??? Sloppy Valve Lash and Other Issues - FIXED !!!

Customer states: "I think I put the blade on too tight because now the engine won't turn." Hmm....Sounds a bit odd....
Turns out that the blade was installed just fine, but an overfilled crankcase, plus some sloppy valve lash, had rendered this mower's compression release mechanism virtually inoperable, and hence, really hard to start. Join me as we sort it all out and get this 20 year old mower back in service!
