برامج الهجرة ليست بالشيئ الجديد والكثير من دول العالم لديها خطط واستراتيجيات لاستقطاب عدد من المهاجرين سنوياً.

ومع تنوع الخيارات تبقى كندا الدولة الاولى المحببة للمهاجرين للقدوم إليها لعدة أسباب من أهمها الأمان الإجتماعي والسياسي والمناخ الديمقراطي الذي يكفل الحريات لجميع الموطنين والمقيمين على أراضيها.
مدينة وينيبغ واحدة من المدن الكندية والتي تقع في مقاطعة منيتوبا أصبحت اليوم واحدة من الخيارات المفضلة للعائلات للهجرة اليها لما تتمتع به من هدوء واستقرار اقتصادي و تقدم تعليمي.
في هذه الحلقة من المنصة المدنية استضفنا الدكتور فيصل زلّامة الحاصل على شهادة الدكتوراه في الإقتصاد والتصرف والمحاضر في جامعة سانت بونيفاس في وينيبيغ.
زلّامة تحدث في هذه الحلقة بشكل مفصل عن أسباب الهجرة وعن سبب رغبة المهاجرين للقدوم الى وينيبغ وماهي التحديات التي تواجههم لضمان الاستقرار والاندماج السريع في المدينة ووضح بعض النقاط المهمة التي تتعلق بالاحتيال من بعض الكفلاء وإستغلال المهاجرين.
