The recent Shohei Ohtani/Ippei Mizuhara gambling scandal has reignited a decades old debate: does Pete Rose belong in the Baseball Hall of Fame?

Pete Rose is one of the most controversial and wellknown figures in sports history. MLB's alltime Hit King bet on baseball, including betting on his own Cincinnati Reds while he was playermanager and manager of the club. Beyond that, he's lied about his actions for decades, never repented, and potentially committed even more heinous acts beyond the gambling.

This video is why I think he should NEVER be allowed into Cooperstown.
