In today’s video, I discuss the reasons as to why I would choose the almighty Telecaster as my desert island guitar!

Using the brand new American Professional II Telecaster from Fender, I demonstrate the impressive tonal versatility you get with the simple twopickup design of this classic electric guitar model.

Despite the fact that the Stratocaster has more options with it’s three pickups and 5way selector switch I still find the Telecaster to be a more versatile sounding guitar. A big part of that, as mentioned in the video, is down to the tonal characteristics of the Telecaster’s bridge pickup.
