Having delivered humorous TEDx talks before, Chip decided to do something very different for this talk. Chip decided to talk about something that, frankly, ticks him off the way teachers grade students in school. He believes our current grading system does more bad than good, so to solve that problem, Chip has a new system to replace it.


Chip Porter is a ninthgrade student at Mountain Brook Junior High in Mountain Brook, Alabama where he is a member of the MBJH TEDEd Club.
