There's a lot going on in this video! First, we Unbox some new African Cichlid studs from Rons Cichlids. Then, we prepare their quarantine tank which is my main 210G tank since some of my guys have sunken belly already which is a major symptom of Internal parasites in fish.

We'll go over step by step how to mix and properly store Rons medicated food, then treat the entire tank both with Rons medicated food and the Quarantine Couple (QC) for those that arent eating anymore.

All this to ensure they guys are healthy once again before I start my 210G African Tank Restock!
