Learn Why you're not hearing back from companies after you submit your job application. In this video I share with you 8 reasons why you're not hearing back or getting rejected.

1. You didn't tailor your resume to the job you're applying for. You have 1 standard resume you're using and it's not putting you in the all star candidate category so you're getting looked over.

2. Your resume is not effectively selling you for the job you want. You have it written out as more of a responsibility list instead of accomplishments. Ask yourself what did you accomplish in these roles and start tailoring your resume to the job you want. If you don't know how to tailor your resume this is exactly what I help my clients with in writing their resume.

3. You didn’t take action after applying. Most people will submit their application and then sit back and wait to hear back. Be proactive about your applications. Look up the hiring manager on LinkedIn and email them, let them know you've applied. But don't go overboard and apply too much.
