Here is a video that will give you some tips about the air space and FAA rules concerning the air space above the Wichita Mountains. We will cover the entirety of the Wichita Mountains from Granite to Lawton.

Note: I incorrectly stated the rings around Altus AFB are class C. This is incorrect as it is a TRSA area and not class C but actually class D airspace during effective operational hours. At the same time, this is well above your 400foot limit for flying. Shoutout to Seth Cumming for pointing out this error.
