Part 3 of our Wii Fit Plus Training Plus Playthrough features Rhythm Kung Fu's Beginner and Advanced exercises. This one is similar to boxing, but features a quicker pace and you stay on the Balance Board. It is great for hand eye coordination and your reaction time. I had audio issues which messed me up in the middle of the advanced segment, and it dropped so many frames it lags towards the end, but the way the Miis sped up and didn't have the sound sync was somewhat amusing so I elected to upload it anyway. I'll come back and try for a 4Star rank after the playthrough.
