Wii Fit 体験版 (pronounced "Taikenban"), is a Japanese exclusive, trial/demo version of Wii Fit, dated over a half a year after the original release of Wii Fit in Japan.

Notably this demo features both a title screen, and title screen music, both things missing from the final versions of Wii Fit, and Wii Fit Plus.

As showcased in this video, the demo allows you to play a selection of minigames from the full release of Wii Fit, as well as doing a body measurement check.

Very little is known about the origin/purpose of this version of the game, with the best guess being its use for store demos of some variety.

Only 6 known copies of this version of Wii Fit exist, and for the last ~2 years ‪@kiwidev_‬ and I have been on the lookout for any copies that happened to make their way to auction. Earlier this year we were able to secure a copy, allowing the world to see this piece of former Wii Series lost media in its entirety!
